True Colors / Human Resource Seminars

McBride Career Group Inc. is pleased to offer the skills of an experienced and certified True Colors Facilitator, skilled in both group and individual application of this highly valuable and fascinating evaluation tool.

True Colors is a fun, interactive assessment tool based on the research of Myers-Briggs and the work of Dr. David Keirsey’s character and temperament types. Utilizing a color identification system, participants can identify and appreciate their own personality and temperaments as compared to others. This unique format helps participants understand their own behavior, skills, needs and motivators. True Colors increases understanding of others by providing user-friendly language to create an understanding and recognition of our differences as gifts and strengths.

Job Safety Skills Training Seminar Training Series

Safety is a very important factor for all employers, and McBride Career Group Inc. can provide trained and certified Job Safety Skills Training Facilitators. The Job Safety Skills Training program was designed and field-tested by the Job Safety Skills Society. This three-part training program incorporates the following segments:

Personal Safety Management: personal safety, fire prevention, back care, first aid, identifying hazards, job safety and the law, WCB roles/responsibilities, WHMIS, and personal protective equipment Workplace Safety Practices: workplace safety practices, ergonomics, hazard assessment, confined spaces, Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG), farm safety (optional), fire safety, electrical safety Safety Management Systems: introduction to safety management systems, loss control management system, accident/incident investigation, developing a safety program, emergency response planning.
