  • Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have: • Degree, diploma or certificate in Career Services, Social Sciences, Management or Education • Strong Project Management skills; Results Oriented • Supervisory experience; leading a team to meet monthly program goals through collaborative and critical decision making • Problem solver with exceptional communication and negotiating skills • Knowledge of Adult Learning strategies • Strong report writing and contract management skills • Ability to consistently meet deadlines • Excellent knowledge of local labour market conditions within the Calgary Region • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office • Reliable Vehicle as local travel is required
  • Duties:
    • Development and implementation of daily/weekly/monthly program goals
    • Hiring of team members as needed
    • Complete month end statistics and narrative; ensure Month end requirements are accurate and precise
    • Complete all file requirements, satisfying contract expectations including government/internal database
    • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure flow of communication
    • Maintain strong communication with Contract Service Coordinator
    • Ensure team is taking Client-centered approach; ensure monthly individual and team goals are being met
    • Maintain public relations, and network with community partners, service agencies and industry related companies to increase awareness and value of the program
    • Back-up facilitation, or client support when required
    • Report directly to Regional Management.
