| The Work Experience program offered through McBride Career Group Inc. is designed to help out of school an unemployed / underemployed youth between the ages of 15-30 achieve an entry-level position in their desired career. We do this by sharing with the employer the cost of a new employee’s first 8 weeks of employment. The Work Experience Program will reimburse qualified employers up to 50% of the new employee’s first 8 weeks of employment.
As a participant in this program you will be given the opportunity to speak with a JOB Coach privately in order to discuss your unique circumstances and provide you with the information that will assist in achieving your career goals.
